This document was approved for publication following qualified Irish/EU and Brazilian legal review. Customer-specific Order Forms and negotiated agreements control where expressly stated.
This policy applies to kubbeevault.com and related public pages. It should be read with the Privacy Notice. The production inventory must be rechecked before publication and whenever a new analytics, advertising, chat, scheduling, payment, or embedded-media service is enabled.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDKs, and scripts that recognise a browser, protect a service, remember a choice, or measure use. A technology can be set by kubbeevault (“first party”) or by another provider whose service appears on a kubbeevault page (“third party”).
2. Current website use
The current public portal does not configure advertising cookies or a production analytics provider. Ordinary web delivery may generate server and security logs, but logs are not cookies. The contact-sales and technical-demo forms load Google reCAPTCHA v2 to distinguish people from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may use cookies or similar device and interaction signals under Google’s terms and privacy policy.
EmailJS is contacted only when a person submits a form to deliver the enquiry. The current implementation does not intentionally use EmailJS to set a kubbeevault analytics or advertising cookie. The destination email provider may process the submitted message according to the Privacy Notice.
3. Categories
- Strictly necessary and security technologies: used to deliver a requested page or form, maintain security, prevent automated abuse, balance traffic, and preserve essential session state. These are used without optional-consent controls only where the applicable legal exemption is satisfied.
- Preference technologies: remember a choice such as language or display settings. None are intentionally configured on the current public portal.
- Analytics technologies: measure audiences, journeys, or performance. No production analytics provider is currently configured.
- Advertising technologies: build advertising profiles, retarget visitors, or measure advertising conversions. None are intentionally configured.
4. Current third-party technology inventory
- Google reCAPTCHA v2 — provider: Google; pages: contact sales and book a demo; purpose: form security and abuse prevention; activation: when the form component loads; duration and identifiers: controlled by Google and may vary by browser, configuration, and user state.
- EmailJS — provider: EmailJS Pte. Ltd.; event: form submission; purpose: transmit the enquiry to the configured business email service; not intentionally used for behavioural tracking by kubbeevault.
5. Your choices
Browser controls can block or delete cookies. Blocking a strictly necessary security technology may prevent a protected form or account function from working. If kubbeevault later introduces non-essential technologies, they must remain disabled until the required consent is obtained, and the website must provide a method to withdraw or change that consent as easily as it was given.
6. Changes and contact
The inventory will be updated when technologies or purposes change. Questions about cookies and privacy can be sent to [email protected].
